Shaftless Unwind Stand:

• Each shaftless unwind stand has its own control station, thus allowing positioning laterally, and vertically for loading and unloading the reels.

• The dancer roller is designed with Auto Tension Control for measuring the tension.

• Auto Edge Guidance is supplied as standard, allowing minimum edge trim for web width and is controlled throughout the reels from start to completion.

• Decurler devices complete with one square bar and one round bar, alternative to the paper or board and could be adjusted through the hand wheel.

Twin Helical Knives:

• The specially designed Twin Rotary Knives are driven by the AC Servo motor, provides excellent sheet to sheet accuracy +/- 0.5mm, and high performance synchronized control system gives less force, more durable and guarantees longer knife life.

• Synchronous cutting by Twin Helical Knives ensures squareness, clean cut and dust free edges, can work efficiently with the Printers, and simplifies the processing procedure.

• The squareness is controlled automatically.

Men/Machine Interface:

• Length of cut value is entered by a touch screen interface for quick and easy size changing.

• Length of cut, quantity, machine speed, cut speed are displayed on the screen.

Tab Inserter Setting:

• Counter and Tab Inserters supplied that will automatically insert tabs at the required ream count.


• Layboy to accept pile height of 1200mm including pallet.

• There are side-joggers on both left and right sides of the stand and a front jogger, controlled by a vibration motor to collect the paper evenly and trimly.

• Safety devices on three sides of the lifting table, whenever there's impurity entering into the bottom of the lifting table during the operation, the lifting table will stop running immediately.

Overlapping Station:

• Check Roller Positioning at the overlapping station is via a manually operated hand wheel, which the operator can set to suit the sheet length being cut.

• A scale is included to position the Check Roller Assembly.


Advanced Design Concept:

• A servo motor driving provides high accuracy, high performance synchronous control system (+/- 0.5 mm) - (300M / Min)

• Synchronous cutting of both rotary knife ensures clean cut and long knife life.

• Length of cut value is numerically entered for quick and easy size changing.

• Length of cut, quantity, machine speed, cut speed are displayed on the screen.


  Dual Position Shaftless Pivoting Arm Unwind Stand with in-floor track and trolley system. Air-cooled pneumatically controlled brakes on each arm.
  Manual de-curler adjusted by hand wheel.
  Delivery table able to take 1500 mm high pile, complete with automatic lowering from a pre-set pile height sensor.
  Exit Roller to the Layboy with Air Jets to supply a curtain of air onto the underside of the sheets and assist delivery of the sheet into the pile.
  Twin Motor Drive System. Feeder Roll and Knife Roll driven by separate AC Servo Motor systems.
  Pneumatic Slitters ensure the stable and clean slitting. Optional TIDLAND CLASS for heavier boards.
  HMI Touch Screen operator console integral to knife with order entry and diagnostics.
  Optional ltalian RE Brake.
  Optional motor driven decurler with remote push button control.
  Optional Delivery Top Belt to assist operation for light weight paper.
  Fully synchronized speed between high speed outfeed and overlap tape section to maintain a proper shingle.
  EPC Pneumatic Sensor coupled with an independent "Swing Frame" allows for minimum edge trim of the web, and strict control of the web edge throughout the reel from start to finish.
  High Speed Outfeed Tape Section to accelerate the sheets away from the knives. Optional Manual Reject Gate System.
  Auto Tension Control with Swing Arm Dancer Roller, gives constant full tension control from the start to the end of the reel.
